Cianotipia e gumprint su carta, 10x15 cm

Il lavoro si struttura durante la residenza artistica di una settimana presso Casa Toesca (Rivarolo Canavese). Ogni giorno ho cercato di raggiungere il fiume che attraversa il paese non avendo alcun successo perchè tutte le strade possibili presentavano degli ostacoli - sia stradali che psicologici - che non permettevano di raggiungere la riva. Le 10 cartoline raffiguarano i punti in cui mi sono dovuta fermare e il tracciato è l'unione di tutti i percorsi e i tentativi falliti.

The work is structured during a week-long artistic residency at Casa Toesca (Rivarolo Canavese). Every day I tried to reach the river that crosses the village, without success because all possible roads presented obstacles - both geographical and psychological - that did not allow to reach the shore. The 10 postcards show the points where I had to stop and the route is the union of all the paths and failed attempts.
